Many folk will dissuade you from buying a mobile home, and give you all the cons. But if you are living in your car, or on someone else's couch, it can be life-saving to have your own home, even if it's tiny, or lasts a handful of years. In 3-5 years, you can be in a completely different place (nicer, better, bigger, etc) - but it started with some stability and safety. That alone is worth it.

I know some mobile home parks owners will sell trailers that were left behind from the actual owners for cheap or free. All you need to do is call them. And make sure you have already made calls to transport the mobile home. It will cost you an arm. No lie. It could cost anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 or more, it all depends on how many miles it has to go.

Outside of observing the information you gave here in this video, Another things that I noticed is that uve liked or commented on almost every post sum1 sent, that says alot about your character. Thank u&here it is I was going to reach out to ask you for help(living in an hotel with 3 kids) but what I took from this is another lesson and thats to jus be PRESENT&SHOW UP&LEAD WITH KINDNESS&INTEGRITY. Thank You That was some excellent information. I am trying very hard not to become a Homeless ( diaabled ) Vetetan. It is my hopes Prayers and dreams to find some land and have Mobile Home placed on it. OR find a place already set up selling cheap / Affordable. In Ohio, where I'm a real estate agent, I have a short list of lenders for these types of structures: 21st Mortgage, Credit Human and Triad. You'll want to be sure that you have the year, make, model, VIN for the unit you are looking to finance and it will have to have a HUD tag. in order to qualify for financing generally. Interest rates for these types of dwellings are typically higher than for conventional properties.

My brother lived in a MHVillage in Golden CO. Quite nice but lot rent and HOA kept going up like crazy. He moved.
