@AllenReviews

It makes me sick listening to these soulless corporate zombies. God I despise corporate America.

@Melissa-s1o5x

Strangers should not suddenly be showing up to fire people they've never even met

@dudeman_1970

I have seen companies let go people that were just about to get their 30 years in the company without even blinking an eye it’s sad stuff man.

@DemocracyFirst2025

Man said, “let me clarify” 100x yet clarified nothing.

@ThatBlackPiano

HR is meant to shield and protect the COMPANY not the employee(s).

@dragonhan3309

Employer : but we require a two week notice before you leave...

@_robustus_

They are just trying not to give her ammo for a wrongful dismissal lawsuit.

@yashsharmaji

This is soo good, Big thumbs up for britany for doing this. If corporate companioes can stoop down their morals for their personal benefit then these videos are very very crucial to show the reality to the world.

@Simon-pl2zi

This video is so important because it exposes a common gaslighting strategy used by corporations where they blame employees as an excuse for cost cutting. Brittany was an account manager in a B2B environment where it's commonly expected that the first 3 - 6 months are learning and ramp up time, and after 9 - 12 months is where sales KPIs are expected. This is why tech vendors like Cloudflare will often bundle first year's commission in the account manager's first year's salary. This obviously is a stealth lay off strategy labeled as poor performance. Brittany has every right to push back and expose this because it shows they were being dishonest as to why they let her go, but not only that, they also blamed her performance. It's just disgusting.

@lunarfromsham9953

This reminds me of that George Clooney movie where he gets hired by Companies to do the firing and the drama that goes behind that.... this has been going on for a very long time. They ruin lives like they have a coffee, fricken sad 😔

@zach6800

Great to actually see the full video so you can make up your own mind on this.

@anonymousgirl799

A boss who fired me later saw me on an airplane, and tried being friendly. I ignored him. Ghosted him to his face. LOL

@Nicool333

Lesson: Work for yourself.
Corporate America is savage. One gets a reality check when you see the income and net worth of the 10 most senior people in the company.

@thenotoriousgryyn342

One door closes, another one opens.

@marcvslicinivscrassvs7536

In CA, you'll be told you're being terminated but they won't explain anything AT ALL.

@ContraryMary

Wow! How is someone expected to actually live and pay the bills when this could happen at any time, for no reason. Shameful!

@BloodySox_18

This woman is what we need in this world who don't give up and keep going

@pioneer540

If the company admits the truth; they would have to pay any unemployment claims. Its just that basic and cold.

@AFAskygoddess

At least she isn't kicking herself for not speaking up when she was fired.
She had nothing to lose at this point.

@joshuayates4952

Had an almost identical experience. I received two awards for my performance with the company (also a tech company) and just 3 months later I was fired by someone I spoke to at orientation on my first day and someone I'd never seen before. I asked why I was being laid off and that I would like to know so that I could know for the future since I had not heard anything about poor performance from me before and had actually only heard the opposite and was told "we can't tell you why but we'll follow up with you." It's been years and I'm still waiting for that follow up
