She sounds curiously mystical. The dreamlike arpeggios could just as easily accompany a classical piece from hundreds of years prior, truly timeless. If our Laufey can make heartbreak so, hauntingly dreamlike and bittersweet then one would really be pressed to imagine what sort of elegance she can’t capture!

Laufey really knows how to write songs that touches the soul. I usually don’t listen to classical songs but Laufey puts so much emotion and effort into her songs which makes it hard to not listen to. Props to her and the Philharmonia Orchestra. ❤️👏
