Mint change my life was having nerve problems, doctors did not know what was wrong, on a whim got a shake with mint all the nerve pain went away. Started to blend fruit with mint for a year, feel better.
Love mint! My grandma used to grow it and used it all the time. I love peppermint tea it's good for preventing bloating.
Water melon, mint & feta cheese is my favourite salad!
FYI: The mint one typically grows to using in cooking is spearmint, not peppermint. Spearmint is the mint used in dishes throughout the Middle East.
I was having lots of kidney pain from a very small cyst in my right kidney. I drank one cup of peppermint tea and felt almost 100% better within 30 min. I now drink it daily.
