Why dropping ambient temperature Isopropyl Alcohol on the hot chips/surfaces? Chips can be damaged that way. Why the obsession of using micro solder ball paste? I've seen disasters due to small balls going unintentionally to other parts of the board. That paste is intended for using stencils, if using it, just limit it to the pads and lands as this is the main intention. Now, use the proper solder for safer work
