She does not listen and refuses to accept reality.  How she can teach children, which takes multi-tasking and memory, I can not figure this out.   She has demonstrated she can not do this and can not face reality and follows rules and regulations.

If she had a functioning brain, she would understand that her feelings mean nothing.  I would assume that five yrs ago, she was thrilled with the judgement and understood the 'no appeal' clause perfectly.  Bottom line, if you drink, do not drive.  😎🥰

It is PUBLIC RECORD when you're in court and it is perfectly legal foe the judge or anyone else to upload these videos on YouTube. Go qnd request a judge who doesnt livestream or record their proceedings if you dont want to be on video but no matter what, ANYTHING you do in court is public record so it doesnt matter how "private" you are, it will be accessible to anyone who wants to look into it or find info about you.

When you hear Judge Boyd say, "I want you to internalize what I'm saying" you best STFU and just let her do her thing and answer her questions.

She's methodical A F. Guy says he has diet issues, Judge Boyd says she will send an email to jail saying inmate has issues with X Y Z foods. That's much further than most would go.

Last case: the issue was not one of turning over the evidence, rather it was an issue of reproduction of that evidence. The defense maintains that because the evidence was not made reproducible, they were denied the benefit of use of the evidence thwarting the defenses ability to present a fair defense. Super simple.
