On that bridge, don't pull over to change the tire. Drive on the flat until you get somewhere you can actually get out of traffic. Even if it ruins the tire, totally worth it.

14. It does not matter what the reason, or for no reason at all, that someone slows down or stops. YOU have to pay attention and drive accordingly. Tell me that you were staring at your phone without telling me! If you HAD noticed what was going on, then your front license plate would not be up against your windshield!

4:51 "Noticed a lady slowing and she slams on her brakes" cammer had literally 5 seconds of brake lights and like 6 car lengths to react. No excuse. Cammer was most likely on their phone, but they were at the very least zoned out. Dude even sped up 3 mph before impact. Pay attention, people!
