One of my earliest memories growing up in Tijuana Mexico, was coming home from school and watching this show when I was 5 years-old back in the 80s. It was how I got started learning English. Great show, RIP Francis Matthews.
Anos 80 na TV em Portugal.. Excelente !!! Grandes memórias !!
This reminds me my childhood as it was my first English course.I was about 9 years.

Every time I saw it, it took me to the time I spend with my dad and mum. I still remember that my mother and father studied through TV for this program (Follow me)
Can't believe I found this video...was 8 years old in Albania in 1995...and this man's Follow me was the very first words who made me love English..who knew back then one day I'll reside in London!!
Reminds me of my childhood, when I was around 5 or 6. My parents used to watch this program to learn English. This was in the early 90s in Sri Lanka. Mind your Language was the other show that brings back poignant memories.
I'm so glad to see these videos again. I used them in Italy. My classes loved them and I do too. I really wish I could get them on DVD to use again.
I remember watching this series when I was a kid. Our national television ( Nepal Television ) used to telecast it every morning. I really liked it .
I can proudly say that it was the TV show " Follow Me " that taught Algerians the basic principles of the English language،, I admire .
