Try to reach your hands away from you, like your feet and hands are magnetic, being drawn together. Walking your hands/fingers along the thighs can be a little bit helpful too. Try a small pillow or towel underneath your sticky spot and press into it as you roll up. Also, you can get great help and feedback from using a resistance bandโ€ฆplace it under/around your arches, choke up on the band with your hands and get a good grip, and then let the band help you up. Hands down the sides for this, not overhead.

Iโ€™m having an issue where my back does not rest flat on the mat because of my buttocks , can this be affecting the way I am able to roll up slowly?

Is it safe for Bladder Bowel and Pelvic Muscle?

@Igetwhatiwantalways

What do we do if we literally cannot get up without the use of our arms to help us up? Iโ€™ve tried over and over, but I cannot roll up without using my arms to helpโ€ฆIโ€™m guessing my abdominals are just too weak to even do this.

@palomino500

you spine ends at the nape of the neck, not crown of head, right?

@badroxy21

I like pretending Iโ€™m a marionette being picked up and then being set down ๐Ÿ˜‚
