I was using ina219 sensor to measure current in a small 3 v motor driven by a DRV8833. I don't know if motor current is inherently noisy but I changed line in the library to have more samples to get an averaging effect. Before I did that, the current bounced around from 40 to 130 mA. After, it was 70 +/- about 5 mA.
