I'm currently not far off the size of this person. I'm currently trying to put a plan together on how to tackle the skinniness. I will remember this video to push me to succeed. I'm new to this channel and appreciate the positive vibes and joy it brings when I watch your videos.
i heard of his transformation ages ago in the video you guys are reacting to now and it's crazy. And also him having good mental health after what he went through is awesome!
I was weightlifting for a year and had seen very good progress. But then i had an ilness which i fought for 6 months. I lost all my muscle, i went from 62 kg to 52 kg. I got demotivated, i stopped going to the gym for another year and now i am finally back. In 4 months iwent from 56 kg to 63 kg and going up. I returned my old phisique faster than i thought and going onward. Its always possible to achieve what you want, even if an ilness comes and starts stealing your health
yay... guyyyyy in the blue shirt is back
Now this is truly an inspiring story, kudos to him 👏🏽
Skinny to Fit - Physical Challenge Fat to Fit - Mental Challenge
You know ive got severe pulmonary valve stenosis to the point that my lungs get blood 4 times slower than a normal person. My doctor too was skeptical of me doing gym but i started cuz i saw everyone around me doing this and man i loved it. In the beginning i used to focus more on endurance and than slowly started raising the wieghts i lift. Meanwhile i focused on pushups and now currently working to reach my first pullup. In the past two years of lifting ive gone from benching a 15 kg bar to benching 35 kg and from lat pulldowning 45 lbs to now doing 90 lbs. From 0 push ups to 10. Also ive got alot of family members who are really into running so i also tried that out. Ive gone from being able to jog only 100 meters before im huffing and puffing to catch a breath to jogging 700 ish meters before huffing and puffing at the same level. The ammount of confidence this shit gives you is absolutely crazy...i love it.
For context. CF is a recessive genetic condition that is inherited from both parent and presents at a young age. Causing excessive mucus I believe in lungs to occur. (Correct me if I’m wrong about mucus or another form of fluid.) running/cardio is encouraged by doctors to help increase lungs capacity and ability as the lungs do deteriorate with the condition. Some need lung transplants to have better lives and or survive.
Wooow captain America is back baby .. 😭💪
haven't even watched and already know its gonna be a good video. Keep up the work!
❤❤ never give up. I'm going to the gym from now on. I'm sick of tire eating fast food. Make me sick. I'm going to work out the rest of my life
Hi Browney Crew. I have a suggestion. The push up song....what if you all try upping the tempo until youre going about 2 pushups a second. That would be fun to watch. Take care and Smaush that Liek!

Blue shirt guy is backkkk
Congratulations Jared! Very inspiring story.
what a transformation, i know its not a perfect build but that is hella of a lot better than how he started
Ab skinny/fat to fit. Heard an analogy that imo fits perfectly: It's easier to destroy a building than to build one from scratch. I also think it's easier to just eat less. From personal experience you'll quickly get used to eating less and the hunger pretty much vanishes. But when you need to eat more... like at some point you're just full. You can't continue eating. So i really do think that fat to fit is easier.
I honestly think it's easier to go from skinny to fit. I mean it's literally what i did, it's so much easier to build a good physique when you don't have any or much fat to begin with and the more you exercise the more hungry you get which makes putting on healthy weight so much easier. Compare this to someone who's already fat/overweight, telling them they have to eat less food when they're already used to eating a certain amount is a lot harder. Not to mention exercising when you're that heavy is harder since you're already a lot more unhealthy than a skinny person due to things like higher cholestrol, potential joint pain from having excess body fat and such
