Just came upon your channel and my son has eczema on his arms. Im really happy his doctor when mentioning steriods said she wouldnt recommend it. I dont know how bad you eczema was, but his is nowhere the flares you experience. Im hoping you recover soon. I see it can go from months or years, depending on the individual. Much love, keep at it.

Food … lots of protein and dove soap and apple cider vinigar rinse ( 1/2 - cup in bath) or just a cap full in tall glass with rest water cured my kids skin in 3 months. Just used soap on hands diaper area feet and face. And rinse with apple cider solution everyday…
