To be honest, I think they expect so much from the Plastic Chair collab and it did cost so much for the studio that they took the opportunity and choose to sync the servers together instead of paying Capcom's fee two times.

Aside from all the excitement I've also seen a fair amount of concern regarding this, but honestly Kuro has built up enough trust and good will with me that I have faith they won't cause us free-to-plays to have less black cards and tickets because of this. (We'll see how they do things with the spenders, battle passes and monthly passes tho...)

Tbh, the only reason i think why they did this despite many spenders being pissed is that wuwa got their back. They will obviously lose revenue because of this, but wuwa will keep them secure. They wanted global and CN to be at the same time, but with the current rate, it will take forever and reduce the hype about the newer characters(and also DMC) they are taking this risk since they know that they can handle it.

Well, when you’re a small studio that’s now got a 2nd game, it becomes really hard to not only manage different games, but also to manage different servers, so I understand. And they’ve been giving out some characters practically for free, have reruns really quick after, and are giving more rewards so the players can keep up!

Lol it's common for HSR and ZZZ they release 2 character each patch . One patch 42 days . 12 character in about 6-7 months.

They really need to increase the rewards first to do this stunt or the protest from Global's first release gonna be coming all over again... Unless they just add a new challenge mode for this, hopefully tho
