The entire PROBLEM is that even if some one were to publish an article in a journal listed as of now,there is absolutely NO CERTAINTY that UGC would not revoke its validity. Some of the listed journals are quite mediocre.So are some of the papers published. Most of the articles I found in the listed journals are CLEVERLY REPHRASED and presented as Original articles. Some of the journals condemned as 'predatory journals' seem to be better and they also publish articles of better quality. The Good news is that good universities like Symbiosis and Lovely professional look more into the quality of articles than this 'travesty'. But...your video is highly informative and deserves appreciation.

I have published a paper in 2 journal both of which are removed from care list. I have published 1 paper before it was removed and the other one was publish after it was removed from the care list because of the time it took in processing the paper. Will this 2 paper I publish be considered for any academic purposes.

Congratulations. Its very clear. Will be useful to researchers. Let me bring to your attention one problem we still face, how to find out whether a journal is still in the Scopus index. Can you put a video on that. (I see many journals are listed in 2019 but not clear whether it is there in 2020).

In some journal it is written Scopus coverage years: from 1990 to 1988 ( coverage discontinued in Scopus) But the journal is in UGC care list group 2. So can we publish our paper in this type of journals ?? Pls reply.
