Good one!!!
To kick it off, you guys are doing a great job; willing and able to share is admirable. I use midjourney as relaxation but I am wrapped when something comes up, makes me catch a breath ...makes my day! Andy Warhol said "make art not images"
As always your chats are a fountain of useful knowledge. For interior prompting one of the tricky things to prompt is tuning into a specific look, but not those typical styles, something more modern or nuanced. Which is why sref is so good now for attempting to get the style. Can’t wait for depth map though. But to be honest I have never even bothered creating a headshot, it’s not where my interests are…
I'm so grateful for this channel. I feel like you are speaking my language.
The two --cref work around I had to attempt through trial and error .. and now I've mattered it mostly. You can also, depending on your image use words like twin, or friend, just to create an additional person.
And Rory… purchased your course on Podia… absolute Fire! Going to repeat the last few modules, kind of broke my brain in the best way! Such an amazing course, and you’re pretty funny too 😂
Another banger 🔥 I'm going through all the old episodes. Yes, I'm crazy LOL. Super interesting all the stuff around structured prompting and how to achieve a balance between using MJ as a slot machine and being detailed on the descriptions. I have to say that using these AI models is always a struggle between creativity and frustration. MJ is so granular and powerful, but yeah.. IA is like a controlled slot machine.
Yes object ref., 2 character, and crop would be dope! Get this man in front of David. Also guys use the new Magnific photoshop plugin it just got a fixing update 🙏🏾
Thanks for the great video. I just wanted to say something about the glitches in the images that appear after upscaling. I use the TOPAZ tool almost exclusively to scale my images and I have the same problem there. Strange artifacts suddenly appear that weren't there before. These are not gray spots like with MidJourney but rather strange spots that look almost like RGB errors in the sensor of a camera, but sometimes very large. I haven't had the gray spots in MidJourney yet.
Another banger! Question... Do you guys have any resources or courses or anything that can help with all of this?
Regarding film looks, wild guess but I assume Midjourney used the complete Flickr data set to help them. If you check there is a LOT of film images that have been tagged. Ok, that’s not meta data in the image. But this might also explain why some images are harder to create than others. Just a thought.
Amazing how few visual references there are in your vids for a platform that is all about amazing visual creation
🔥🔥🔥
Wonderful to see y'all over here. My classroom content and YouTube channel would not be the same if you didnt exist.
Drew, trying to purchase your Midjourney Mastery Course but having issues with Gumroad, keeps saying error. Tried different cards, different browsers, same thing. Do you have another option to purchase, like with PayPal link or something simple?
