In recent days I've been trying to help friends get into Blender, and have always pointed to this channel as a resource, so this comes at a perfect time! Thanks, as always, for making these lessons available. You're like the Bob Ross of Blender.
oh the nostalgia! i did the first one years back. you got me started! thank you for all you do!!
I once wanted to try learning blender but there was a million different binds and I was constantly stumped because I didnt know how to do something, then I took a 3D modeling class and CAD was such a pain that I immediately abandoned learning blender. Now 3 years later and trying again, Blender actually feels so nice and easy to use. Amazing tutorial
I like your tutorials as you not only talk about the shortcut keys but you also show us where the commands are found in the menu system. Thank you for all you do.
I really love the commentary on this video. It's slow enough to keep up easily, and you let us know everything your doing. Step by step, thank you!
This is so fun! I know I actually absorbed everything because at the end of the video I was looking at my well and thinking "it's a little wonky on one side I'd like the stack to be a bit more even". I was able to utilize the G and XYZ and S and XYZ keys to fix it to a more desirable look! Didn't take more than a few seconds :D
This is the first blender tutorial I actually find useful here on youtube, thank you for explaining everything so well and also, including all the short-cuts!
Starting this tutorial after the planet one. The thumbnail looked intimidating as a newbie but the way you explain things is easy to understand. Thank you for providing these lessons, they're amazing!
Hey man, i appreciate all the work you do. Between you, and a couple other youtubers, im starting to actually feel a little confident in my modelling abilities!
I just re-started your well tutorial from before (I've done it some time ago on my old laptop) so this came at the best time. Thanks
Like this calm and collected style of teaching :penguin-blue-waving-tear:Thanks for this:hands-yellow-heart-red:
Thank you Grant, for providing this with the 4.2 version. 👍👍
you explain so well, tysm
Well done tutorial Grant. I'm definitely going to do this one as I'm planning to design a whole building that I want to then 3D print and gift to the people that work in that building. No worries, I know everything about making meshes watertight. I just need to get back into modeling in Blender again 👍🏼
I too have ADHD. I'm a retired Truck Driver. So far, I found. This tutorial very helpful. Animation been on my bucket list for years. Since I have free time now. Doing this just a hobby for fun. Longtime ago. Back in the 90s, I wanted to attend the Seattle Art School. to study animation or graphic Arts. Instead I got into trucking. You make things simple. Jared
