I have little tartar in the front down inner part of my teeth ,yesterday i tried to scrape it with my nails and suddenly something little fell off from the end and my gums bled a little . Iguess it was my teeth😭 i broke a little piece it's sharp and it hurts so bad my tongue is paining like hell
