I spent my 20s thinking I wasn't worth my own effort. I now see the value of it and I need to arrange something before it's too late. There's this girl from my high school, I used to like her a lot. Back then, she cared about me and tried to get to know me (cuz at the time, I had no friends for whatever reason). I liked her, but never confessed anything to her. Eventually, things go sour for both of us, and we stop talking by the last year of high school. I know it'll never work between us. She also had a boyfriend now. But I moved on now. To me, at least, it's not about the value of what was. It's about the better option. Had I stuck to the past, I wouldn't be the person here I am today. Sometimes human fails to see the better option. It's in their nature so I won't blame them. But that shouldn't be a setback to someone. Learn to let things go. There's always the better option for everyone.

Did you even plan a part 3? You seem like the kind of guy who's grounded in reality and values the hard lessons of life. If it took you 4 years to give a better ending to one of your crushed characters, than it must have been not an easy choice for you: Stand your ground for what you believe or make an exception and show that character mercy..( either because of your community or your own thoughts). Whatever was the reason, thank you for easying this character's pain. It's still a lesson to learn from.
