Iām glad to see someone else doing this! I figured these keyboard shortcuts out on my iPad Mini that my employer provides us with (I work in ALF/SNF setting) a couple of years ago. I just use like T 110 (no space) for a typical therex routine paragraph (T for treatment, 110 for 97110), or E 110 for an evaluation therex paragraph which has more objective things in it, etc. T or E 112, 116, 530, 750, and so on, (TR 110 Restorative Nursing Program therex training) and then go back and edit the specifics to individualize the note for the patient. So quick! Thanks for sharing!
