Hi Michael, I would just like to say I enjoy your content and you gave me the inspiration/motivation to start my own Self-Taught Web Developer journey, and also to start my own Youtube Channel as well to showcase my journey!!
I am also trying to get into web development, however more for a passive income. I work in skilled trades as electrical maintenance in an automotive factory so I am THANKFUL to have a full time job, with overtime. I support you 100 percent and rooting for you. I look forward to watching your journey! Good luck Michael!
Sounds like my personal journey. Recently my company cut my hours as well. I went from working from 40 hours to 24 and two weeks ago slashed again to two days per week. It is what it is, all you could really do is keep on improving, keep on striving for better, and keep on updating that cv and hope for the best. I am saying to myself got to keep the dream alive and keep on pushing forward. Excellent video by the way. I watch youtubers like yourself which keeps me motivated to continue to code stay humble and count my blessing, thanks for the inspiration.
I've been into coding ever since 2008 and have always been the tech savvy person I n the family . I got into programing in March 2020 but only seriously started on the Odin project last week . See you in six months
Hell of a video. You are an inspiration my dude! Keep up the good work!
Congratulations on your new job! Youβre making me more comfortable to pursue this.
Hello Michael, this is where I am at this point in my life switching careers. My goal is to become a blockchain developer, but I know that's a long road to go but I have made up my mind. Thanks for making this video I really appreciate.
This is great! I've started my journey to tech, and just found your channel. It's good to see some #LearnInPublic here. Also, congratulations! You got a job!
Wait there was a math model class ? Ugh had to take precalc! Thanks for documenting your journey?
Hey just came across your channel two days or so ago. I'm 30 as well. Have always been into IT, just didn't have the opportunity to pursue it. Being self studying coding for about a week or so now. And the goal is to be employed in about a year (Don't know how I'll manage that coz I'm pretty slow learner π). I also want to document my progress. You mentioned in one of your videos that it's important to do so. The issue is I don't know where to start. Any advice? THANKS π
Im 35 and just starting the same journey, when i looked for the first time at one of your videos, I thought to myself yeah but he is in his early twenties.. Fucking A you seem like 24 top! not 30 that`s for sure! Anyway quick question if i may, what did you do for living before that? and do you consider yourself more than average in sense of analytical skills and in general kind of smart than average?
