I feel lucky that you are sharing this information. I wish I lived closer to your dojo. My dream is to have personal instruction from you and James Williams. Thank you!
Thank you very much for posting this. Your insights are very helpful in my pursuit of better health and self-improvement. The healthy mix of the spiritual aspect of martial arts with the techniques used are very helpful to me in this pursuit. My only regret is not taking this up when I was much younger. Yes, I'm in my 40s and I just started showing an interest in 2020. Have a Happy Easter, Shihan Norcross! Much love and light to you and your loved ones!
Really great video watched the whole thing and took notes.
I always enjoy your philosophical talks, sensei. Thank you.

Dear sir can you make few videos about wakizashi skills and techniques . Thank you
It seems to me from your explanations senshin is akin to acceptance. Seeing what is not through a filtered lens and making peace with that reality. Thanks you for your video. Namaste
Thank you!
Much enjoyed wisdom, i hope you, and your students continue to desire wisdom and the positivity of what i know of as zen or tao. also, id like to add my thoughts of senshin. "action without action, natural instinct to awareness of what is without worrying about what is outside ones ability to control", which is to say no more than their own bodily functions... and even then sometimes. "a godlike state of mind is when you look at all the creations of the world as a necessary part of the whole entity of the earth, each ant, a tireless worker striving for the whole, each dolphin in the pod guiding the young to food and experiences, the rains that fall upon the earth as nourishment to the cycle of life." IMO atleast.
This is Bujinkan in case anyone is confused. Hatsumi/Takamatsu den
