Thanks for sharing. The only problem with similar profiles is that their location does not match with our search, eg, you were sourcing in Toronto Canada and all the similar profile locations are in the US.
When I was in college I was told that having a strong online portfolio was the best way to ensure getting hired. That is definitely not the case here.
