Hi vry nice to have ur guidelines Im just little bit confused regarding omission drug My scenerio was Community Alzheimer in which patient forget to take her medicines yesterday I'm coming today and give her due medicines plz guide me should I document yesterday day missing dose in omission chart or not. I fail this station because of this omission error plz tell me

Hi Shalu, In the community drug chart, in the front page I can see name of GP, GMC number, signature, and contact details. But when I go thru the next pages, it is only prescribers name and date, should I consider that as valid, for as long the GP signed the front page?
