I've been looking for a video explaining this role without theory thingy and stuff.
It's so on point and works best for PMs or to-be PMs who are figuring out what's wrong with their job.
Kudos to the scriptwriter.
Plus, I think it's also great as I(also many people, I guess) can use it as a compass to find area(s) they need to focus on and master.
So, for PMs who are getting lost, ask yourself 
1.what kind of PM you want to be
2.what company serves your interests at best
