Hi, Do you have a video or other guide showing how to install the system before the window is in place? That would be the optimal I understand. He mentions it at the end.

Easier to bend the tape and hold it perfectly then pull the backing so the sticky side is perfectly placed.

Is it ok to stick plasterboard with foam adhesive on the tape? Or it will be damaged? Thanks
