Norway is highly recommended! I just visited last summer, and it’s easily one of the most beautiful countries I’ve ever been to. The landscapes are absolutely breathtaking!

Great list. Did something similar in Switzerland backpacking in 1979, took a train and cable car to the Shilthorn. Cost $25 back then, which is more than we paid for accomodations. I remember it being the most expensive thing we did in Europe the 2 months we were there. Afraid to hear what the cost might be today. But was well worth it. By contrast, I was in Sicily last year, planned to go to Cefalu from Palermo, got to the train station and they told me the track was closed for maintenance. So I never made in there, as was going to Catania the next day.

Wonderful, lovely inspiring video!!! We try to go to Europe for 5 weeks twice a year. We have taken some of your suggestions in the past. Your video makes us want to jump on a plane today. We found the 7 Sisters white cliffs in the UK intriguing as well as Eze, France. Looks like wonderful hiking opportunities in both places. Thank you for all do!!
