The best video about Service Now, which I have seen so far.
you nailed it. very informational video that is more better than read multiple blogs.
A 9 minute video that doesnt explain how it works. After 9 minutes, I know Fred created it and thats about it. Great work.
Someone in my company is implementing ServiceNow on behalf of a client. I, software developer, have been asked to help them implement various technical workflows that they don't understand. Having watched this video, I've learned that IT people are a "necessary evil" and we make "smart, revenue-producing business people feel dumb and badly about themselves". So I'm just going to let the ServiceNow person figure it out themselves. I wouldn't want to get in the way of all that revenue production.
This is such an amzing, simple, clear and enyojable presentation
Everything about this company is so dense, complex and abstract. This is either a poorly operated business who doesn't know how to communicate clearly or a fraud in my book. I'm skeptical. Thanks for doing your best to simplify this for others.
still no idea what servicenow is? i here database and backups of what i dont know? maybe it make sense to non computer users?
Just starting my career IT utilizing ServiceNow. Ty for your effort :)
As someone who knows nothing about the IT world, I couldn't wrap my arms around what this does. A simple and specific example might have been helpful.
I'm a potential investor in NOW... I just learned more in 10 mins watching this video, than in the previous hour or so on your corporate website & in other places. Thanks!!
This was exactly what I needed and to find before your video
Thanks Jeff ! Amaizing Videos. I love Now !
thanks so much, great explanation, I did not even feel the almost 10 mins of it!
Beautiful video - thank you! I'll leave with one of my favorite verses, Matthew 11:28: "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."
Never heard of it until earlier today when someone recommended it for my job hunt.
Brilliantly shared all the info. Thanks Jeff.
Great Video! This is the right future direction however, as a solutions architect, first impression comes into my mind is how fast it performs and how much space it requires to implement a service now application considering the amount of overhead it requires that comes with all the customization and templates it has already included. If you need a custom based app that does not exist in service now, what's the advantage of setting it up on the service now platform compared to setting it up in separate cloud independently?
Thankyou so much for this wonderful video which explains me it a simpler manner
I was actually looking for a "WHAT" that tells what it can do.
