Regardless of his motives and beliefs. It is commendable that he is sharing his findings and attempting a scientific method to these experiments.
Appreciate him for keeping it open source
Him sharing all these findings for free is such an amazing thing, he knows what he is doing is not attainable for most people due to the cost but by releasing his findings these techniques that do cause a major positive effect could be adapted to be far more cost effective.
He looks 35 and 85 at the same time.
i appreciate that he’s willing to be open about the bad outcomes as well as good
This guy looks like he hasn't slept in weeks
I just hope that he and his team are honest about everything. That they're not trying to sugarcoat stuff, not trying to make things better than they seem, not scrambling to find a positive result where there isn't one, etc. I think they integrity of what he is doing relies on him being brutally honest and straight forward. This all being said, i think all he is doing is interesting
This man looks like he is holding tears and could cry at any second
He’s spending 20% of his life trying to extend it by 10%
Dude funded the research, made himself the subject, and shared everything for free, W.
I love doctor Mike how he listens and asks questions and also provides his own knowledge to people he has in videos with him. And they listen and ask questions.
Mike looks like he is trying not to look very concerned lol
What I like about this man is his honesty.
Everyone commenting on his appearance is missing the point. Bryan is trying to improve his health in a bid to live longer, his appearance is secondary. Besides, what he's doing could help us or future generations someday. No reason to discouraged or be mean to him
The fact that nobody talks about Health Secrets Industry Hides by Heather Collins really gets to me. Always loved doctors that opens our eyes.
I appreciate what he's doing, because maybe he can't avoid aging, but he is finding answers to so many health challenges that can be applied in the field of medicine, so overall it is good for the field and could potentially improve and save lives. I do think he needs a slice or two of cake. People always look younger and happier after eating a delicious piece of cake.
As someone who has been experimenting with supplements and nootropics I found there is always a cost or tradeoff, our bodies seem to be pretty well balanced the way they are
In systemic science, a general table napkin principle is that you cannot alter one node or function within a system without also impacting total function. And that systems, even non living system, often adapt to entropy and equalize out. So lets say you have a clog in a heating system, over time the conditions created by that obstruction shape the total function of the unit. Until one day you go to fix that clog and you end up blowing out the whole unit even tho you "fixed" it. The human body is an infinitly more complex system than this simplified example of a heating unit. But this is why you can actually end up getting someone killed by "improving" their health & why it is one reason it's really important that you get health professionals to monitor you even when you are making positive or minor changes to your health regime. It is also why you need to be careful when looking at research that shows something can improve your health in one area, because even if it can improve one function it can have negative impacts in others.
I like how transparent Brian is about this stuff. I'm not sure his ideas are all sound but he's not hiding anything and believes in what he's doing.
