Being a lactard myself the worst that will happen is getting the runs or possibly vomiting if he drinks too much. There is very little chance it could be fatal or even a hospital event. Regardless of all that, if he didn't steal peoples food this wouldn't have ever been an issue, sounds like a case of playing stupid games and winning stupid prizes 😅

I know the full story of this. The thief had the audacity to manipulate their other roommate to kick OP out of the apartment. But he didn't know that OP and the other roommate already had plans of moving out

Lactose intolerance is not a life threatening condition or allergy, it just means the guy will have an unpleasant experience on the toilet for awhile. You cannot really be said to be 'poisoning' him since there is no risk that its going to kill him or even really harm him.

If he is not supposed to touch your stuff and he does it anyways then he is the only one responsible. He should be glad it was just normal milk, a few hours on the toilet is uncomfortable but not the worst that could happen. If you were to spice your meals up with something like carolina reaper, the world's most spicy chili (oficially atleast) he could get way worse than that
