I'm 54...and I have at least 10 years until retirement, I get up every morning at 3:40 (I read every morning for an hour in English (I'm Slovak)...I am trying to improve English and Russian this way...I still feel like I need more time for everything...especially when I come back from work in the afternoon and "have to" take a nap for at least an hour...🙂

Years ago I took a course in January/February with Robin Sharma. He introduced us to the 5 am club. Driving to the gym at 5:30 in Jan-Feb is a wake up call like no other. Brrr. I gradually moved my wake up to 6-6:30 Years later I’m resetting my internal clock as I prepare to be a vendor in a farmers market. I have to be there for 6:15 and it’s a40 minute drive. You figured it out didn’t you. 5 am isn’t early enough for this old gal. Have a beautiful day.

Just finished listening to The 5 AM Habit and wow — this isn't just another "wake up early" pitch. It's a legit mindset shift. The way it ties early rising to identity, focus, and long-term success hit hard. Definitely gave me the motivation (and tools) to finally commit to a real morning routine.

Just finished “The 5 AM Habit” and it blew me away. This isn’t just about waking up early—it’s a deep shift in identity, focus, and purpose. It connected the dots between discipline and destiny in a way that finally clicked. Highly recommend to anyone ready to level up their mornings—and their life. 🔥⏰

Since I started listening to this, I woke at 4:45am today, normally 5:30am. It's easier in summer (UK) but harder in cold dark winter mornings.

@PCJ07

Day 1 I managed 5.34 a.m.😅 Baby steps. The more I listen to it the more I want to rise earlier tomorrow. 🎉

@hazeneze

Today i wake up at 6 am ,run for 10 minutes .pray and meditated . break fast . feel very energetics . thank you so much :hand-pink-waving:

@usamarasheed1480

I started listening after a few seconds and I realized it was for people who wake up at 5 am, not for us who stay awake till 5.

@markchesterlabay6870

I wake up to pray the rosary and reflect on a Bible verse in my journal.

@Scudderprivateeye

I’m retired now ( at 56) but the one thing I said to myself every morning when I got up at 5 am was they may be better than me. They may be more talented than me but they will never outwork me

@willowjade6140

I wake up early for morning prayers ❤

@AmirErfanian

@deadsharkisart

"the moment your alarm goes off at 5am, you are choosing growth over comfort..."

@erikameza6507

@BookSounds-BetterYou

Thanks book! It gives me the big motivation and change my hobby!

@vnmashok

It is important to know what to do immediately after waking up. That habit keeps it going..
Breathing meditation yoga is best for controlling mind from wandering for the whole day

@magmamere

My counter-argument as a night owl is that when everyone is sleeping at 1am, I am still up, and my mind is sharp. It's about your circadian rhythm.
