Oh that pineapple cheescake looks so yummy! A great "make the day before" kind of thing. Could add coconut and manderin oranges for a tropical taste or just use coconut and make it a PinaColata cheesecake!

Julia, On the Ramen Noodle Salad, I use Broccoli Slaw & I do cook my noodles for 1 - 2 min or set overnight to soften them a bit My Hubby calls it Worm Salad because the noodles look like worms. He's crazy. 😅 Great video. 😊
I've been making the pineapple dessert for a few decades now. It's a family favourite that even my mom used to make when I was a kid. One of the best icebox desserts out there.

My husband is out of town and I showed my son the Ramen salad he wanted to try it for a late lunch. I had everything but the almonds so I used large cashews chopped in larger pieces and I added a cup of rotisserie chicken. It was delicious.
I've made the Ramen coleslaw many times for potlucks. It is always a hit!
