@alphamarshall6934

I feel like the grandmother and aunt had something to do with it as well. From their emotionless testimony to non appearance in court except when they were on the stand.
๐Ÿ•Š Rest Well Na'Ziyah ๐Ÿ•Š

@starmai2458

To the State, thank you for delivering such a powerful argument!!!

@gat8760

He has not lifted his head once,I'm old school,that represents guilt and shame,not innocence.The shop was no where for a young girl to spend an afternoon,or weekend.Most youn girls that age are interested in hair,nails,outfits...etc not car parts,grease and oil.Who allowed her to even start doing this?

@shellyhuskey4200

This case gets me bad ๐Ÿ˜ข. This baby had no protection and her Aunt and Grandmother angered me!! They knew and should be held accountable for their part in neglecting her

@Sochi314

One thing I haven't seen anyone mention is the fact the he never sent her any messages AFTER the aunt said she was missing. He didn't have an issue sending her a text asking to meet in the basement, telling her not to wear underwear, etc. He didn't tell the aunt he saw her earlier and dropped her off at ___.

@warnediaross

In listening to the defense counsel one thing she neglected to mention is โ€œregarding the non purchase of anti-freeze butts worked in an auto shop he already had anti-freeze in the shop!

@kendrahaynes3667

They don't want to defend him. Just doing it because they have to.

@SanchaC4295

If grandma had called the police, she may have been saved. Anyone, the family and police could have driven to the shop where she was known to work.

@LaGuapa23

This is one of the saddest cases I have heard. As a former CPS worker I was involved in very high profile cases and the judges statements were on point. Some not most family members CPS etc.. don't care until they are forced to care. This little girl could have been saved had just one person gave a ๐Ÿ’ฉenough to address any issues. ๐Ÿ˜ข

@Lucky-dc5yu

My take. The clothes were spread out as a throw off and her body is elsewhere. The body that was found at that abandoned house could possibly be her. It's all sickening. Or Shannon could have found out about them and played a part since she was emotionless about her going missing

@feliciasmith3481

Everyone should have immediately been searching for her right after she didn't show up after school.... the first 24 hours are the most important when children disappear.

@doriscrumpton7887

Jarvis planted Na'ziyah clothing in bush to throw off police

@shelb62

That's crazyyyyy how she's trying to justify the lies for him๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ she stumbling over her words ๐Ÿ™„

@SecretWhisperz

The clothes feel like a decoy

@TheLegend-bc3xe

Thank you for covering this case! Nice haircut too Bro, youโ€™re barber got you together. (Pause)

@sweeteypie590

Why his male lawyer look like he wants to take a nap ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
 He has a look like hurry up ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

@Fnplayer_000

They need to lock up the Gramma and aunt

@denisebuckley5141

I love that prosecutor he was straight to the point I also think that Mr butt should be charged with the murder of an unborn child also...

God give us Justice for this young woman young lady.....

@FaCeSays

Itโ€™s weird when these attorneys stand up there knowing their client killed someone and defends them and basically sugar coat their clients lies. Crazy how a guilty person sits there with their head down and let people defend him when he knows the truth.

@keyuniawake6733

The bold headed guy sleepy ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
