My phone is working perfectly but out of know where this week I stopped receiving any notifications. If someone sends me a message I don’t receive a notification. I thought it was because I didn’t do the new software update but after doing it I still have the same problem. Any help please 🙏

The update before 16.4 broke my phone and made me go to apple 3 times to restore. My phone would not boot up, kept showing the apple logo and technicians told me to buy a new phone. Restore only worked after I used a usb c type cord to restore on a pc or mac and had to wait for the next update.
