But I understand that Ende has its own ATS system. I don’t think the public is aware of that we’re thinking if they just go straight to the job and then their online system is giving us this denial letter automated feed through their system. I really don’t think that’s fair. If these employers cannot take the time to really look through the resumes and really sit down and decide what they want that’s a problem, but I have experience on eating, indeed, is having my credential stolen, and the job descriptions rewritten to raise the bar or to under qualify before a job that I actually qualify for this has been happening for quite some time and this makes no sense.
