@DavesChaoticBrain

This is something I'm convinced is completely overlooked or not even considered by health professionals. I think a HUGE number of people who fail at diets and stuff, fail BECAUSE their brains are failing them. We NEED to start with fixing the brain BEFORE we start fixing the rest of the body and almost NOBODY is doing that.

@CamoGuy76239

Neat! I've used both MCT and beat juice at different times; noticed positive effects from both, but never considered mixing the two, until now. Thank you, Thomas! And, just so you know: you're not weird, you're awesome; please don't let any negative opinions of anyone deceive you into thinking otherwise. Thanks to the information I've learned from your videos over the years, I've lost over 100 pounds AND kept it off, let alone loosing the mental fog that used to plague me! Your videos helped to turn my life around; thank you so much!

@chaddy-me-boy8299

I’ve said before, while on keto and mct oil, I was able to write a short script while working on the nflx Mindhunter set. I never had any exp before writing a script. It just seems like creativity just connects in your head, the signals are firing very fast.
Debating someone with processing speed was also at a high.
   *warning, doesn’t create positivity with a GF/spouse.

@arthurdolle5257

You don't need to apologize for being educated on a subject. Thanks for all the interesting information.

@PartTimePermies

Love to see your take on the reishi/lions mane extract studies

@elliotk539

So what is your regimen for beet root juice and MCT oil. Would be helpful for recommendations at the end of the video like amount and routine. Thanks for your videos

@michellemacco

More on cognitive please 🙏🏽💕

@helenndow1101

I’m 87 and love MCT oil powder for my coffee creamer and I hope it’s good for my brain ?

@dawnelder9046

I use it to make homemade mayo and other salad dressings. I love deviled eggs and do my best to reduce seed oils when ever possible. And you can not buy any salad dressing not full of seed oils and sugar. Thankfully very easy to make.

@hlinville6034

One tsp of Lions Mane and one tsp coconut MCT oil in my coffee every day. It's rocket fuel 4 sure.

@hymns4ever197

Well, first of all there is nothing weird about desiring good cognitive function here in the Information Age. I actually stumbled on this today before watching this video. However, I am very encouraged that I am on the right track. Thanks for all you do, Thomas!

@mommerang

Beet sauerkraut is my favorite way to eat beets. I buy it from a vendor at my local farmer’s market. I have also drank beet kvass.

@james3856

I found a very good way to take MCT oil without the digestion issues. I make warm to hot (not too hot to break down the MCT oil) ginger tea and put the MCT oil in the tea. Not only does the ginger do a very good job of masking the oily taste, but also I do not have the digestion issues I had before which was cramping at times. The ginger helps a lot for me.

@roadrunnerchickadee

beets are high in oxalates, just a warning before you start consuming large quantities, i have in the past but i also made a mixture with milk which is high in calcium (oxalates bind with calcium) and other ingredients specifically for nitric oxide, inadvertently and/or likely kept me from experiencing any extreme side effects ,,,this mixture produced a pump like effect that superseded l-arginine/l-citrulline even without working out

@saralakushwaha1180

Good information about beetroot juice and cognitive function.
About MCT oil, I’m already aware of and use it.

@lonewanderer420

I started drinking coffee with mct oil in it and wow the difference is shocking I feel sharper

@cme982

Thomas, are you not going to talk about the excessive amounts of Oxalates in Beet juice?

@craigleewhite6317

Thomas. Was a day a bit aback this chap smashed his big toe. One year later it's still black the toe next to it. It's an infection the toe nail don't get back to normal.
Doctors prescribed antibiotics for one week. A person starts tomorrow.
Looking into gut biome understand fermented foods and inulin rich foods are while taking course of antibiotics is better to do. No artichokes only asparagus;)
