Things that I learned to not do, while doing these things:
1. Don't say I'll start tomorrow, I'll start next week or next month, jump right in
2. Don't give up after one week,two or three weeks if you don't get results cuz it takes time for the body to burn the fat you made by eating 
3. Don't eat all you can in one day a start doing it again the next day
4. Never let your guard down on eating sweets like chocolate, candy, ice cream. Soda, cakes and more
5. Don't exercise for 2 or three hours and stay at bed for the rest of the day
6. Try getting more sleep at night without 5 hours nap in the evening

I did Calorie deficit and Exercise and it's worked on me. I actually did it to lose weight, because i weight 109 kg but now i am 95 kg(i start like 2 months ago). I'm still working on it, i just want to be 65 kg at the end of the year. Wish me luck! ❤

Volume eating
Don't inhale your food- eat slowly take time.
80/20 rule - stop eating after you are 80% full.
Drink-warm water,lemon juice,cayane pepper,apple cide vinegar.
Exercise- 30 mins per day. 
Bicycle crunches (opposite leg and elbow coming closer ) ,
Standing twists ( knee bent a little upper body stiff ) 
elbow to knee crunches ( also by standing )  
side to side planks.

Try to taste the food.
Stop eating when you are 70 to 80 percent full.
ACV water for faster metabolism.

I gained 4 kgs and my graduation is in a month so I'mma try these methods and will update every week
Week 1: I've lost 1.3 kg (61.9 kg)
Week 2: I've lost 0.6 kg (61.3 kg)
Week 3: I've lost 0.3 kg (61kg)
Week 4: I kinda binged eating because of stress so I gained 0.8 kg (61.8kg)

Starting from May 31st, I'll do everything until July 5th, setting myself a reminder to update!


June 8th: Swapping out the exercises for ones that are diastasis recti friendly. Apparently 2? of those in the video can make it worse. I need to strengthen my deep core while also fixing the diastasis recti, I don't know how hard it will be. But I'm continuing with the rest of the things! Let's hope it works out :)

Choosing the right food and supplements is very important part of healthy weight loss journey. Its absolutely crazy what industry is doing nowadays. I just finished Vault of Consumable Corruption book and  I’m honestly furious at what’s being hidden from us.  You have no idea what’s being slipped into your food and all this trash supplements. Youd'd think you eat healthy but they are poisoning you! We all must wake up fr ( Thank you for great video queen!)

I was one of those girls with a perma-flat stomach and let me tell you it was 100% my adhd meds suppressing my appetite. I forgot food and water constantly and I was very underweight. Caffeine is a hell of a drug.

Day 1:
20x bike things (forgot name)
20s of arm swings
10x elbow to knee
20x plank twists

I also chewed slower, and ate some more (yes i did try starving myself). Im gonna try the warm lemon water. I do struggle to sleep though ;(

Anyway, for day 1, I saw an extreme improvement!

Just tried the lemon drink, tasted nice:)

I'm in my bed just doing a few exercises, I'm gonna update you guys tommorow!
