Trying to distract and panic, by all means stock a bit extra but if we all start hoarding there most certainly will be shortages and even more price rises. These strategies come out on a regular basis, I know for a fact First Responders go through training every few years (husband Fire Response). It will not be soldiers in boots on UK soil, it will come from above or as Ana says, cyber attacks. Thank you for your concerns and advice.

The UK population during WW2 was around 47 million, now it`s around 70 million, how are we supposed to feed all those people from our own land if all imports were stopped, the amount of food that`s produced in the UK is most likely only a fraction.
