Just found your channel and am loving it. As a 59 yr old with poor hearing, I appreciate your clear voice and good pace of speaking and inflection. So, you said we could leave a question so here goes. What is the little triangle that suddenly appears on the left margin that has a horizontal line across the screen that appears (I didn’t know how nor why), so it seems randomly. I can’t seem to get it to disappear. It appears a few spaces below the text I’m working on, often with the pencil pro. It’s not the same as the hide/open list triangle. Any help would be appreciated. I take a little time each morning to learn something new and then spend a few days practicing and applying the knowledge. This video absolutely transformed my use of notes. Was re -looking at your video on notes and want to thank you for your videos on Apple apps. Tip on how I have organized my notes and not lose any notes i have added with Siri while on the go. I have a smart folder that only contains notes without tags. The name of the folder is CLEAR THIS FOLDER EVERY EVENING! At the end of the day, I either take action on the note, or assign a tag so it shows up in the proper folder and is eliminated from my CLEAR folder because it now has a tag. This way when the CLEAR folder is empty, I know that I have addressed all new notes for the day. And they are in the proper smart folder with the appropriate tag. I also do this with my reminders. This way reminders and notes do not slip by. I know I have addressed them for the day.

Excellent excellent episode! I found this fun to watch and actually got excited to clean up my mess in my notes. I never really took the time to learn since I first began well over a decade now on my OG silverback. I used a few of the upgrades as they came out but never really paid attention so thank you. You explain and teach it well 🤩👍

This is an excellent video. I’ve been using Notes as a contact manager along with Reminder. I upload various files that I need for my customers such as price quotes and copies of their purchase orders. I’m going to go through your videos and pick up some more ideas. This is very well done.

Ty for the greaaat video on Notes. This is one of my favorite Apple tools. So much so that I trusted it with my daily journal with hours on jobs and valuable information. Then one day while editing, I believe I selected everything in the note and backspaced, there by destroying everything. I called Apple and tried everything I could imagine but couldn’t restore it. After watching your video, I thought I would ask if you have any ideas on restoring that information. The undo button was not available. Everything else on the phone was fine. It was just that one particular note. At any rate, I appreciate all you do.

Excellent content, awesome dynamics...!...I'm still assessing to migrate from other note taking app. My no-go issue is that I wanted the option to record an audio while I'm taking a note, simultaneously. It seem that currently, it's not possible yet, as the audio recording lock the app in this only task. Hopefully new actualizations can sort it out!

Thanks - I thought I knew it all till I watched this vid. Great one. I live outside the US and we don’t have apple intelligence yet. I still would have liked to hear what I can eventually use that last little round icon on the menu for? (I assume it’s AI?)
