Make it simple and tell people to divide their triglycerides by hdl.
❤ thanks doc
Excellent. Thank you. I will watch your video. Does your video or any other source discuss the significance of the newer cholesterol tests such as the Apos and particle size?
I was also told I had to exercise more to raise HDL. I was recovering from injury and couldn't do much besides walking but cleaned up my diet and added good fat like avocado and olive oil and uped my HDL over 20 points with primarily diet changes. (I previously hovered in low 40s for hdl.)
If glucose is good and fasting insulin is low at 3.6, what can be contributing to a A1c thay fluctuates from 5.6 to 5.7? What's the best waybto lower A1c specifically? Can it be hovering there due to stress or disrupted sleep? I dont eat much processed food or added sugar. I've reduced my starchy carbs and it shows in my cholesterol numbers. But I can't seen to droo A1c.
Dealing with a muscle cramp at the moment so I walk a lot instead of running as I d normally do.... hopefully would do the job
My triglycerides are 48 and my hdl is 66 is that even possible?
