In the 90s the NBA player’s salaries grew exponentially. One of the key factors was MJ and the crowds that he and the Bulls moved to watch basketball making the NBA truly global. It may not make sense without business context, but I think that this woman will be for the WNBA what MJ was to the NBA in terms of salaries and compensation.

Hopefully she can boost wnbas revenue so players can get payed more. Right now they are in a deficit and supported by the nba but I’m excited to see what she can bring

Doesnt matter, shes made more than all the vets entirely careers salaries with Nike deal alone. And she will help future players in the league make more money as renvenue goes up. Also while watching her others will get exposure and the old players will get new fans. So the girls she stop hating on her.

She’s got a Nike contract for millions of dollars because she plays basketball. Not to mention all the other commercials I see her in all the time on tv. She’s obviously making money from playing basketball, because if she was a retail employee, nobody would know who the hell she is…
