The sauce with the Peking duck is hoisin sauce- there should be plum jam, spring onions and thinly sliced cucumber too- you need all plus the duck wrapped in a pancake to get the full experience

Brooklyn is the OG Juniors location however they no longer bake the cheesecakes on site in Brooklyn. They are delivered to each site daily from their facility. So it really doesn’t matter which location you go to. You’re getting the same cheesecake across the board.
