THANK YOU A-TEAM FOR 600K!! 🧡🧡🧡🎉🎉🎉

What’s your favorite thing you’ve learned from my videos? 🥹

Thanks for being so awesome! ✨

@snapbacktoreality_1

Here's some tips that may also help which I did to ace my tests.
1. When you are going to study, put a stopwatch to see how long you can grind without getting distracted. Just thinking about something else once in a while is alright, but do not waste your grinding time. Every day try to focus for more and more time.
2. Write down your thoughts in a notebook or in a google doc whenever you feel like quitting. Write down what you feel, motivational quotes, accomplishments to fuel further motivation, etc.
3. Stop thinking "what if I cant do it". Think what if you can. Think of the outcome.
Good luck, you got this homie.

1. be your own cheerleader
2. consume longer content and structured content, like useful courses online, reading books and listening to long podcasts while doing productive stuff
3. journal, to clear your mind and plan for the future
4. look for human potential. take note of all sorts of things humans can do, which does means we all have the potential in us to succeed.
5. create time, or technically make time by curating our social media feeds or simply using social media less.

@AbhidhaSharma-s6e

@Us_poets_and_pearls

That journal idea works like magic to me.
I have tried it many times ,
Especially when I am having a really bad day ...

@maricalaing8418

I’m a full-time freelance writer and digital marketer, so no longer a student, but find your videos so helpful. I can attest to the fact that deleting social media is life-changing. I deleted IG the last week of 2024 and went without it 3 weeks before having to download it again for work purposes. I didn’t want to download it again because the constant noise in my head stopped (never realized it was IG causing it; I thought I was just overwhelmed with work. Lol nope). I suddenly had so much time for my hobbies, my creativity skyrocketed, anddddd my attention span increased tenfold. No kidding. Being a writer means my brain is on for most of the day, and feeding it with IG in my spare time only exhausted it more. Lesson learned. I barely spend 20mins on IG per day now. And I sure as heck will delete it again at some point when work allows.

Hey Amy,

I can’t express enough how much your words mean to me. Watching this video, when you spoke about human potential and how thoughts are just thoughts if we don’t act on them, something clicked inside me. You said that everything around us is made by turning those thoughts into action—and it was like a light bulb went off. I’ve always had these big dreams, but it hit me: if I want to make them real, I need to stop just thinking and start doing. Your words gave me the nudge I needed to finally realize that the power is in my hands to take action and turn my dreams into something concrete.

I’m 14, living in Pakistan, and while the path to success is often clouded by challenges and limitations, your story keeps me going. Watching how you’ve transformed your dreams into reality gives me hope. I’ve been holding on to my dream of becoming a Mission Specialist astronaut for years, and I know now that the journey ahead won’t just be about dreaming big—it’ll be about making those dreams happen, one step at a time.

Thank you for being the kind of person who doesn’t just talk about success, but shows us how to make it real. Your strength, your drive, and your honesty have truly inspired me to act, not just dream. I know I’ll carry this lesson with me for the rest of my life.

With all my gratitude,
Fizza

As for looking for human potential, I really do look up to Amy because she's a relatable human with similar struggles like ours, and she has accomplished so much already, which is honestly really inspiring for me to do the same
