Thank you for featuring Proopsy in one of your videos. I took your advice and contacted him for modular homes, and the house have been incredible. Paid slightly less than $29k, and now I’ve paid off my $129k 15 year loan in 8 months. Now totally debt free because I rent it out on Airbnb. Love having no debt for the last 5 months. My Pap used to build model houses for his architect business and even built me a doll house out of wood, with wooden, hand carved furniture. It was 3 stories, with a hidden attic, with a sliding door on the ceiling. It had wooden shingles, windows, shutters, flower boxes under each window. It was better than a Barbie dream house. I wanted to make it a family heirloom, but my mom left it at my childhood home on purpose, when we moved to a different town, bcuz there was no room at their storage unit and at the time, my parents moved into a trailer bcuz I moved out. They could have kept it at my grandparents' house, since a year later I moved back in and we got a bigger house. I wanted to ask the people living at my old house if they still had it, but they burned it in their fire pit. So mad. My Pap is dead now, so he can't build me a new one. I was the only girl child when he made it for me too, so no other granddaughters got one. Ugh sorry I'm ranting 😂. It was pretty damn cool though. You did an amazing job with this one and you can even add floors on top, if you wanted to. This really is amazing ❤
