It’s better to use vr lenses, they pop on top of the eye piece of the quest and can be: blue light, anti fog, anti glare, and perception

As someone who has had this vr since launch I recommend wearing the spacer full time if you get headaches easily

I use the spacer even without glasses. Helps with the sweat factor by about 1% 😢

Make sure you use glasses that you see farther with. If you use glasses for reading or for up close, it can be bad for your eyes and give you headaches.

Also u can get prescription lenses, they are the better option, but the extension used here is useful for high fov in games like gorilla tag.
