@PULAG

My sleep has greatly increased now that I've started pissing the bed. Thanks, Dr. Mike!

@southbeachshowman

Me watching this video at 1.5x speed on max brightness in bed at 10:30am to improve my evening routine, while simultaneously hurting my evening routine lol

@horatiobiggins

Knowing Dr. Mike gooning is the main part of the routine

@retro_crasher

Hey Mike! My morning routine is packed. It starts with hitting snooze 3 times, doomscrolling, making coffee, eating breakfast, taking a shower, getting dressed, "packing my stuff for work", brushing my teeth, then going to work 5-15 min late EVERY WEEKDAY. Can you believe that? Some days I wake up with morning wood. An hour barely cuts it!!

@stefanpp1155

tuck me in, Dr. Mike

@ANASPANUSAN

Unhinged straight from the get-go. Precisely what I subscribed for.

@KrzysztofBob

PBS Spacetime is the best thing EVER to watch before you go to bed. From ambient background music, Matt’s chilled voice, to topics I barely grasp.

@Cary94

Comment at the 15:15 mark is stellar. I went from having nothing but shit sleeps after quitting drinking to more or less mastering my sleep for the most part. Even cleared my psoriasis that kept me up at times. I used to wake up to piss in the middle of the night and rather than stay up as I did before, I go right back to sleep. Two of the biggest factors I credit to this is avoiding all instruments intended to create fear and resentment. Social media shit-posting, and news media basically exist only for those reasons.

@Itsdlu

Avoid David Goggins videos at midnight

@quarryspanish

Driving on my way to my 6am gym session listening to this dr mike 🥲 guess ill go home and get a big mac.

@JeffreyMcMahon

When I was a competitive teen bodybuilder in the 70s, I tried some 5 a.m. workouts at the gym to beat the crowd: I never got a good pump, I felt flat, and I felt burned out and sleepy the rest of the day. I ditched that plan and never looked back.

@AnthonyPuccetti

God damn, Dr. Mike is a top notch comedian. Interaction with Scott, whoever that guy is, is on point. I feel like I'm learning while watching something hilarious.

@ydnallah1541

Young kids combined with limited time and funds mean I workout at 9pm ish in my garage with my free weights. No money for gym membership just old school bar and dumbbell stuff.

@mikehunt5106

21:30 knowing Dr. Mike watches Andor makes me so happy

@myrastearns328

Your banter brightens my day.

@ThePlantPlan

Ahhhh dude I’ve been waiting for someone to say this. A night routine has kept me sane and improved my journey more than anything else. It’s set up my whole day. I am shocked morning routines got such a long ride.

@WorkingClassMemer

Not eating before bed, is only hard the first 2 weeks. Especially if you are used to it.
I now eat around 7PM, and I only eat twice a day (easier for me to stay in a deficit) I usually don't much care about protein to fat and carb ratio, since I'm not sleeping before midnight. So I've got more then enough time to digest.

But do note it took me about 1 year worth of experimenting what works for my body.

@TheMegHendy

Thank you for putting this out! SLEEP IS AWESOME ! ! !

@MC4.911

I have three lights in my bathroom: one near the far side of the room, one near the door to walk in, and one in the shower. I've started only showering at night (around 11:40-1:00 for me) using the shower light and the one closest to the door on, so as to dim part of the room and lay off of the brightness. It's had a nice impact on my mood so far, so thanks for the tip doctor Mike.

Answer:soak it after applying bicarbonate of soda and soap powder w tiny bit of washing liquid in it and a spec of bleach....then turn upside-down and drench it rinse through. Turn it over in the sun all day after wet vacuuming it as dry as possible 😀
