My beloved late brother played this song for his wife, the love of his life.
Almost 2 years since we lost him.

I miss these great song writers of the '70's. Clean, insightful, meaningful and timeless lyrics and an excellent musician too. Thank you John for sharing your talent!

This was the very first RECORD I got when I was just a girl of about 11 years and I learnt to play guitar with John Denver on my parents record player. Best album ever. Just fell in love with John Denvers Music. Have played many many songs of his over the years. I am a musician too and sing and play guitar. Thank you John for the music and for the wonderful legacy of music that you left us. Saddest day ever when you left the planet. Heaven will be enjoying your music now. Glad we have your music here as well. I still have that record from all those years ago, love it and treasure it. I am still singing his songs today. Bless you John.

If john denver was still alive he would be very upset with what's going on in this world right now.

@Bgiverny

Timeless but so many memories from the 70's ! No voice like his !

@steelrose11

I wish there was a museum with all the great, wholesome, non vulgar music, where grandparents can go to and find a small bit of solace in this different world. Thanks John Denver.

Thank you for allowing the viewers to hear the inspiring songs of John Denver. Her was a brilliant singer, a skilled musician & creative song writer, a likable variety show host on TV, & a credible actor. To hear his legacy, it is to share in his gift, a man who was a loyal friend, a member of the band who one could count on, & faithful husband. He loved Nature & the wending ways of the wilderness - the sky inevitable in luring him - & of his tragedy. Maybe his accident was God granting reward for a life well lived, making a difference while granting light to those fortunate in sharing his warmth.

@Scrapper202

I play this song when we’re driving to our ranch back in the mountains 360 acres of paradise no neighbors for a long ways,the wife and I ,horses ,our cow dogs,just beautiful
