@MannyRataul

no intro, no music, straight to the point with a clear message. OG youtube is back

@AaryanJain-lk3jt

this is great to fall asleep to and I don't mean that harshly.... the calm, consistent cadence of your voice carries white noise very well

@SyedAskariYT

Another great post. Early in my career I trusted blunt honesty and solid work to carry the load. They didn’t. It wasn’t until I began framing my proposals around the other person’s incentives, speaking their language, that opportunities finally opened up. The approach works only when the other side meets you halfway, When someone keeps pocketing favors and never returns them, I step back and cut my losses. There’s no medal for morality in a one-way transaction. I still catch a faint Machiavellian aftertaste every time, yet strategic pragmatism beats noble self-sacrifice every time.

@yhp99

This is what is called to be "noble" "trustworthy" or "reliable". Some people live this way because they believe it to be virtuous or moral. Some live it this way to "game" the system to optimize their life's outcomes. I think it is far greater to actually believe this to be moral rather than a simple optimization. Great vid

@wolfunnamed4153

Had the same thing going on in uni,I make a frd group with quiet kids which are not good at social,in return they have the most underrated loyalty and they always help me take attendance. Really agree with you on being selfish is to not to be selfish so that you can benefits on people in long term like a mutualism relationship in the animal kingdom

@LaynoProd

a lot of wisdom here for winning in the game of life, thank you for this! 🙏🏽💎🤯

@susymay7831

Yes, seeing the way others view things and setting up win-win situations is often overlooked. And unneeded enemies is counterproductive.

@adriannegrean1252

Another great post, probably one of my favorites so far! I feel that the optimal solution to the iterative prisoner's dilemma is not fully appreciated in geopolitics. If it were, I'd think we would have a more peaceful world.

@FTech-k3u

This is essentially how I engage with people. Good to know!

@boasa

This might be the most valuable video on youtube for anyone working in corporate

@tfwwhennofitlitgf3300

Reputation is everything

@auslander1026

More discussions about different theories please. Very interesting

@samuel1724

Informative and amazing as always. Thanks for the education

@studyaccount9662

Amazing channel ❤❤

@susymay7831

An important study.
Many try a it-for-tat strategy but forget to give a pleasant "pass" to the first transgression.
You made really good and practical video! ❤

@Float_Locker

Great video, I sorta figured this out when I was working corporate, but this video confirms it as it makes total sense 🤝🏽

@wagagagaggag

Studied prisoner’s dilemma in school, but never learned about this. Such simple and elegant values, turns out it’s true that being virtuous with a backbone is the best path to life. Would be interesting to see which MBTI personality aligns more with such values. Awesome video as always❤

@danieljung2883

Great video as usual! The delivery of your thoughts are always fun and very easy to understand.

@YS-yl9lt

You teach better than my professor on game theory.

@carry_boats

i have this personality - it has helped me tremendously in the corporate world
