Michael, when you have opportunity could you please create a google sheet using the Dividend Yield Theory/7 criterion brought forward by Geraldine Weiss? I've read her book, "Dividends Don't Lie," and it's a masterpiece...she played cards with Warren Buffett and has a yield theory that is spot on to know when to buy and when to sell. Thoughts?
