@jomakaze

Apparently, many of you thought I was sponsored by Microsoft lmao. I don't think they would approve this.

@zarbi_

after the video:
Open visual studio code to write an essay.

@CAG2

No, PowerPoint is the best because you can move code blocks freely and use different slides as classes. You can even create a UI!

@SHADOWSTRIKE1

“Why should you believe me? Look at how many monitors I have.”

Lmao

@haksell5462

My favorite IDE is graph paper. I have 128 different colored pencils. Each of which representing one character. I color in each square with my pencil to represent the character that I need, photoscan the page, And then run it through a piece of software that costs $31,765/year and that will convert my pdf to a .c file which I then run through notepad++. It is a very effecient, cost-effective, and easy-to-use/do workflow!

@ishaanjain7101

Initially, I was having difficulty to believe in this guy but then I saw the number of monitors he has 💯👏

@YouriPoulin

I've been coding on Photoshop for years. Infinite styling options, then you just need a good text rendering algorythm and BOOM! Best IDE in the Wolrd

@dannyfogel9156

I think the best IDE is a piece of paper, you write your code on it with any tool and any style you want, then you take a picture of it, plug it in to a convolutional neural network to convert it to text, compile and run. It is by far the best method!

@TheInsanitor

You should give GIMP a go. At first I was sceptical, but it has become my favorite IDE by far.
You can have the code sideways, upside down, make it 60% transparent, so it's harder to steal, but not inaccessible for your workers, except maybe the seniors.
You can even run Script-fu right there in the IDE!

@tannerbarcelos6880

I use my notebook and then scan the papers to pdf on my laptop. That’s the real way to write code

@umadbroyo2388

Me, who breathes on a mirror and writes code with my finger on the misty part: AMATEURS!!

@DoubleOSevan

I use MS Paint. It doesn't autocorrect like Word and has a non-intrusive, easy-to-use interface that's friendly to beginners and pros alike.

@manishbr5831

Imagine if a newbie in programming watches this as their first video on IDE and uses it

@purplelord8531

there is absolutely no transition between the ironic parts and the unironic parts of this video and I love it.

@ceronore3621

I always struggled with the standard text editor but you opened my eyes. I've become a much better programmer with your advice. I still need more monitors so I can become even better but hey - there is always room for improvement.

@Cynthia_Cantrell

As an older engineer, the font size tip is GOLD.

@chriscreations8853

I've personally been using Windows Photo Viewer for years now and I've been struggling especially with code highlighting. Thanks for the eye opener. Just what I needed.
