-1 Medium Yellow Onion Diced -1 tsp Salt -~2 lb Ground beef Mix: --1 tsp onion powder --1 tsp garlic powder --1 tsp cayenne pepper --2 tsp paprika --2 tsp Chipotle Chilli powder --2 tsp Sazon Seasoning -2 clove garlic minced -1 tsp starch -3/4 cup water Sauce: --Sour Cream --Mexican Cremma --1 tsp Taco Sauce --1 tsp Mix -small tortilla -1/4 cup shredded cheese -1 Serving of Beef Finish: --Fresh cut cilantro --Fresh diced onion

Flour tortillas are SO delicious fried! But homemade corn tortillas are JUST AS DELICIOUS!! Try it! They’re just as addictive. 🤤

I brown the meat first then drain the fat then seasoning the meat. I save the fat for cooking. I use tallow, lard ,real butter,or avocado. I do not use vegetable, canola, corn or other seed oils.
